We live in an upcountry lifestyle in the heart of Bangkok. Come experience the land that is full of garden and trees. Very quiet at night yet conveniently located very close to the BTS station. Wake up with the birds chirping in the morning, watching the squirrels. Our property is 1600 sqm. You can enjoy the atmosphere and life style of us.

We have 4 rooms available. Two on the 2nd floor and two other rooms on the ground floor. Decorated in Modern Loft style with hard wood from our old house.

“Hospitality from Sani and her mom is outstanding! we had great breakfasts and get to see their lovely vegetable garden. Location is great, a short walk to BTS station. We stayed in 3 rooms out of 4 rooms, so this place is good for both small or large group of people. From the price point, can't beat the value! House is sparkling clean, newly built w/ modern-Thai style. We have entire place for ourselves, and Sani's house is right next to it. We had such a great time staying there, thanks so much for having us there.”
